Quittting Alcohol Day 2 Wed Aug 4

Woke up felt pretty good. Walked 3.25 miles. I think I'll include a food diary also. Lots of water.  Slept good aside from waking up to pee 3 times in the night. I figured if I was averaging 28.5 oz of vodka daily that works out to around 1,8140 calories a day!! No wonder my liver is working overtime. My Dr. office called and wanted to know if I wanted to schedule a liver sonogram. I told them no    Wait until after my next blood work on Sept 22.

 Breakfast:  Protein shake   Snack: Almonds  Lunch: Salad  Dinner: Halibut, Bok Choi

It’s great that you’re able to update this blog often, as it provides you a way to keep track of your progress, and look back to how much you have done in the future.
