Woke up and told myself I can do this. Went for a walk.. only 2 miles. I had finished off my remaining vodka last night so was still a little fuzzy today. By the way I am also giving up sugar and carbs. Made it through the day ok didn't crave any alcohol, played a gig with an open bar and drank water all night. So far so good. Had a few issues sleeping. Woke up 3 times but other than that no problems.
