Quitting Alcohol Day 12 Fri Aug 14

Had a gig last night so no problems getting to sleep at 1:30am     Just water last night
Got up walked 6.36 mi today   whew!! took 2 hours and 4 min

Breakfast   Protein shake 96 cal  coconut milk 80 cal  coconut water  30 cal  206 cal
Lunch  salad 60 cal dressing
DInner:  Ranch cheddar chicken Chicken  brussel sprouts
snack: 1/2 orange 20 cashews

Weight 242.9
