Quitting Alcohol Day 15 Mon Aug 17

Slept well   Walked 3.4 miles Wonder why if I am cutting my calorie consumption by at least 1000 calories a day and maintaining same exercise level why pounds aren't dropping of more rapidly. That's the only discouraging thing about this whole experience.  Otherwise feeling healthy.

Breakfast  1/2 orange  45 cal.
Lunch Salad    75 cal.
Dinner   Chicken & Veggie soup


Weight 244.6
