Quittin Alcohol Day 16 Tues Aug 18

Didn't sleep much last night   I think I woke up every 2 hours    Went to my first HOT yoga class to day....OMG  I sweated sooo much  my bath towel was completely soaked..  Thought I was going to faint a couple of times during the class I guess I need to hydrate more before going in.  Anyway I felt like an old fat guy trying to stand on one leg crossing my knees etc.  I hope It gets better next class. My ankles are really weak.

Breakfast  Protein Shake 200 cal   w/ coconut milk & cooonut water

Lunch   Salad

Dinner   4 oz brisket 2 sausages



Weight 239.3  Yeah!!
