Slept pretty crappy last night. According to Withings, only slept 4:48 last night but I think it had to be longer than that. Walked/Jogged 4 miles. Found myself wanting SOMETHING to make me sleepy, the way I used alcohol to go to sleep. Wasn't particularly wanting a drink though. I have to be careful not to substitute food or sugar. I must have been used to drinking and eating late at night although the eating seems secondary to me now. Maybe I'll try to keep track of my calories for a few days. I keep waiting to go through some type of withdrawal symptoms but so far shitty sleep is the only thing that bothers me.
Breakfast: 96 cal protein shake 1 c coconut milk 80 cal Total 176 cal.
Lunch Salad veggies neg cal. dressing 60 cal Total 100 cal.
Dinner: Stir fry veggies w/chicken cal?
