Quitting Alcohol Day 9 Tues Aug 11

Slept ok  Walked 5 miles  not as much sweating or waking up   Still no problem not drinking

Breakfast   Coconut milk 1 cup      Lunch Salad        Dinner:  Green Chili Chicken  4 oz  Corn on cob   Broccoli   Snack  1 nut bar

Weight  243.1
