Quitting Alcohol Dall 11 Thurs Aug 13

Slept better    Tried Melatonin last night seemed to work ok    Walked 4 mi.Kinda pissed the scale didn't budge today  damn    Oh well keep on plugging away

Breakfast    protein shake   96 cal   coconut milk 1 cup 80 cal   176 cal
Lunch Salad   dressing 60 cal  salad?
Dinner  4ox steak zucchini w/onions and tomatoes

Weight  243.7
